My daughter often says, “Mom, you ask a lot of questions and offer a lot of solutions.” She’s right! I’ve always been solution-driven and thrive in conversations where ideas are flowing but the path forward isn’t yet clear. Asking questions and creating clarity is where my passion begins.
My Experience
Throughout my career, I’ve tackled projects of every size — from managing office renovations and developing complex databases to overseeing grants and financial systems, creating organizational policies, and facilitating company retreats. Whether working with small businesses, nonprofits, or large corporations, my approach has always been the same: ask the right questions, listen carefully, and craft practical, effective solutions.

I believe the key to success is knowing where you are, clarifying where you want to go, and executing a strategy to get there with precision. This is my “why”: I’m passionate about helping organizations uncover what’s possible, design a clear path forward, and build a blueprint for lasting success.

Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation – Oversaw $3.5M+ in annual scholarship payments and co-developed a comprehensive student data management system.
SchoolSmartKC – Managed $4M+ in annual grants, launched new data systems, spearheaded office build-out, and championed diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
Great Jobs KC (formerly KC Scholars) – Collaborated with leadership to unify data systems across four scholarship programs, improving access and efficiency.
Urban League of Greater Kansas City – Provided consulting and coaching to 25 Black business owners through the Make Black Businesses Better program, helping strengthen operations and drive growth.
Blaque KC – Partnered with the CEO to implement a financial, audit, and document management system, ensuring transparency and operational efficiency.
